Return Conditions

• Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags.

• Customer must contact us before sending any return.

Refund Process

• Once we inspect the returned item, we’ll process the refund within 5–7 working days.

• Refunds are made via Bank Transfer or Easypaisa.

• COD delivery charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges allowed for size or color issues (subject to stock).

• Customer pays return shipping unless the error was ours.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items.

• Discounted or clearance products.
